Is any payment collected when I submit a request?
No. Submitting a request is completely free. Your quotation arrives first, and only after you approve it do we send a secure Paylink payment link.
How are my files and data protected?
Every file and conversation is handled in strict confidence under our Confidentiality Policy. Access is limited to your assigned specialist, and nothing is shared with third parties.
Do you write the research for me?
We are academic support specialists: we help you draft, analyse and publish while fully respecting your institution’s academic-integrity policies. The research and the scientific decisions remain yours.
How long does the quotation take?
Usually within one business day of receiving your request and the required information.
How do paid consultations work?
You send a consultation request, receive your quotation, pay through a secure Paylink link, and then receive a private booking link to choose your session time.
Are revisions included?
Yes — revisions within the agreed scope are included in your quotation. Extensions beyond the scope are priced separately and transparently.
In which languages do you work?
Fully in both Arabic and English — from correspondence to final deliverables.
What payment methods are available?
Payment is completed through secure Paylink links sent by the INFERRA team after you approve your quotation.
