The framework under which we deliver our services.
Nature of the services
INFERRA provides academic support and research consulting services for healthcare professionals. Our services are designed to support your research effort; the client is responsible for the ethical use of all deliverables in line with the academic-integrity policies of their institution and target publishers.
Quotations and payment
All published prices are indicative starting prices in SAR. Final quotations are sent by email and remain valid for fourteen days unless stated otherwise. Payment is completed through secure Paylink links, and work begins after payment confirmation.
Revisions
Revisions within the agreed scope are included in your quotation. Scope extensions are priced separately and only proceed with your approval.
Intellectual property
Upon full payment, all rights in the delivered outputs transfer to you. INFERRA retains rights in its general internal methods and tools.
Limitation of liability
We apply a high standard of professional care to every project; however, publication and acceptance decisions rest with journals and academic bodies, and INFERRA does not guarantee specific editorial or academic outcomes. In all cases our liability is limited to the amounts paid for the service concerned.
Governing law
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
