What is covered
- All files uploaded through our forms or sent by email.
- Research data, results, protocols and drafts.
- Your identity and your association with any research project.
- The content of paid consultation sessions.
Access controls
Access to your project materials is limited to your assigned specialist and the direct management team, strictly to the extent needed to deliver the service.
Non-disclosure
We never disclose project information to outside parties, never reuse your research materials in other work, and never name you as a client without your explicit written permission.
File deletion
On your request after project closure, we permanently delete your files from our systems and confirm this to you in writing.
